Booking & Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Requirements: You may reschedule your booking online at no extra charge up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Late Changes & Cancellations: Rescheduling requests or cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment will not be eligible for a credit or transfer to a new time slot, and standard booking fees will apply.
